إن لعبة الكرة الطائرة هي واحدة من الألعاب التي شهدت تطورا ملحوظا، وأصبحت تحتل مكانة بارزة لدى أغلب دول العالم، لما تتميز به من إثارة وتشويق، ولتعدد مهاراتها الأساسية، أصبح من الضروري على الخبراء والمعنين في تعلم وتدريب هذه اللعبة من حيث الإعداد والتخطيط وتطبيق برامج علمية دقيقة لزيادة وتطور مستوى هذه اللعبة. فضلا عن ذلك، فإن لعبة كرة الطائرة واحدة من الألعاب التي لها مبادئها الأساسية ومهاراتها ذات الطبيعة الهجومية والدفاعية، والتي ترتبط مع بعضها بارتباط وثيق، وأي ضعف في مستوى أدائها يودي إلى خسارة للأشواط، وهذا ينعكس سلبيا على تحقيق الإنجاز. مشكلة البحث:ـ نظرا لكون الباحثة من الممارسات للعبة الكرة الطائرة، ومن خلال متابعة العديد من الوحدات التعليمية والتدريسية، لاحظت قلة الاهتمام بالأساليب التعليمية الحديثة وتطبيقها في تعلم مهارة الاستقبال والإعداد بلعبة الكرة الطائرة ومنها الأسلوب الثابت. لذلك ارتأت الباحثة دراسة هذه المشكلة. يرمي البحث إعداد تمرينات خاصة بالأسلوب الثابت في تعلم مهارة الاستقبال والإعداد بالكرة الطائرة. ويفترض البحث وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي في تعلم مهارة الاستقبال والإعداد بالكرة الطائرة لعينة البحث. أما عينة البحث فتكونت من طلاب المرحلة الأولى في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، كلية بلاد الرافدين 2021 -2022 البالغ عددهم (28) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية، قسموا على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بطريقة القرعة كل مجموعة مكونة من ( 14). Volleyball is one of the games that has witnessed a remarkable development and has become a prominent place in most countries of the world because of its excitement and suspense and because of the multiplicity of its basic skills. The level of this game, in addition, the game of volleyball is one of the games that have its basic principles and skills of an offensive and defensive nature, which are closely related to each other, and any weakness in their level of performance leads to a loss of games and this is reflected negatively on the achievement of achievement. Research problem: Given that the researcher is one of the practitioners of the game of volleyball and through following up on many educational and teaching units, he noticed the lack of interest in modern educational methods and their application in learning the skill of reception and preparation in the game of volleyball, including the fixed method, so the researcher decided to study this problem. The researcher aims to prepare special exercises, the fixed method, in learning the skill of receiving and preparing for volleyball. The researcher assumes that there is a statistically significant difference between the pre and post tests in learning the skill of receiving and preparing for volleyball for the research sample. As for the sample of the research, it consisted of students of the first stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, College of Mesopotamia 2021-2022, whose number is (28) were chosen in a deliberate way, and they were divided into two experimental and control groups by lottery method, each group consisting of (14).
