هدف البحث التعرف على الانحرافات القوامية الأكثر انتشارا بين طلاب المدارس الرياضيين في محافظة نينوى. وعلاقة بعض الانحرافات القوامية بمتغيرات الكفاءة الصحية (قيد البحث) لدى طلاب المدارس الرياضيين في محافظة نينوى. كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي Discriposive Researh بالأسلوب المسحي بخطواته وإجراءاته وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيق الهدف منه. قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية Purposive Sample من طلاب المدارس الرياضيين والبالغ عددهم (78) لاعبا فوق سن (16) سنة. تم تطبيق البحث على المرحلة السنية من (16-20) سنة لكي تتضمن المراحل السنية للطلاب في المرحلة الثانوية واستعان الباحث بالوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري كوسائل إحصائية للوصول إلى النتائج. استنتج الباحث وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائيا بين بعض الانحرافات القوامية والكفاءة الصحية لدى طلاب المدارس الرياضيين في محافظة نينوى. كما أوصى الباحث استخدام نتائج هذا البحث كأحد المعايير الأساسية للمدربين والمقيمين على الأنشطة الرياضية في النوادي والمدارس. The aim of the research is to identify the most prevalent morphological deviations among students of sports schools in Nineveh Governorate. And the relationship of some morphological deviations to quality variables (under research) among students of sports schools in Nineveh Governorate. The researcher also used the descriptive method discriposive researh using the survey method, with its steps and procedures, in order to suit the nature of the research and achieve its objective. The researcher chose the research sample by the Purposive Sample of school athletes, who numbered (78) players over the age of (16) years. The researcher used the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation as statistical means to reach the results, and the researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between some stature deviations and the health efficiency of school athletes in Nineveh governorate. The researcher also recommended using the results of this research as one of the basic criteria for trainers and assessors of sports activities in clubs and schools. (Published abstract)
