هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من مطابقة الاستجابات على اختبار أوتيس- لينون للقدرة العقلية في صورته المعدلة للبيئة الأردنية (الصورة j) المستوى الابتدائي الأول مع النظرية الحديثة في القياس. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق القسم الأول من الاختبار الذي يتكون من 20 فقرة على عينة مؤلفة من 400 طالب وطالبة موزعين على الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع الإبتدائي تم اختيارهم عشوائياًّ من مدارس مديرية تربية اربد الأولى. وقد تم تحليل الاستجابات باستخدام النموذج الثنائي التدريج المنثبق عن النظرية الحديثة. أشارت نتائج التحليل إلى مطابقة الاستجابات عن 19 فقرة من فقرات الاختبار لافتراضات نموذج راش، وحذف فقرة واحدة لم تطابق النموذج، وبلغت قيم معامل الثبات للأفراد والفقرات 0.75، 0.98 على التوالي، كما تمتع الاختبار بدلالات صدق متعددة. This study investigates the response stratification range to the Arabic version of the first primary level of the Otis-Lennon Aptitude Test, applying modern theory in measurement. To achieve the purpose of the study, the first part of Otis-Lennon Aptitude Test, consisting of 20 items, was administered to 400 randomly selected students distributed across primary grades one through four at schools in the Irbid First Directorate of Education. Responses were analyzed using a dichotomous model derived from modern theory. Results show that responses to 19 items match the assumptions of the Rasch Model, whereas one item does not. Research also shows that the final form of the test has suitable psychometric properties with reliability coefficients for persons and items measuring 0.75 and 0.95 respectively.
