إن الترويح الرياضي جزءا مهما من التربية الرياضية والذي لا يستثني أحد من طبقات المجتمع سواء الصغير أو الكبير، المعاق أو السوي، لذا يجب أن تعمل برامج الترويح الرياضي المختلفة علي تشجيع المعاقين والاعتراف بحقهم في ممارسة الأنشطة الترويحية المناسبة لما لها من فوائد متعددة لكافة ألوان حياتهم. يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج ترويحي رياضي على الإدراك الحس حركي للمعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم. أما فروض البحث هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية ولصالح الاختبار البعدي، وتتألف عينة البحث من الأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم، والذي يتراوح نسبة ذكائهم من (50-70) وتم اختيارها بالطريقة المعدية. تكونت العينة من (14) متعلم. واستخدام الباحث المنهج التجريبي، واستخلص الباحث أن برنامج الترويحي الرياضي المقترح أدى إلى تنمية الإدراك الحس حركي لدى المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم، وبرنامج الترويحي الرياضي المقترح له تأثير إيجابي دال إحصائيا للمجموعة التجريبية في قياس الإدراك الحس حركي. The practice of sports and sports recreation in the exercise of sport and recreation does not exclude one of the strata of society, whether it is young or old, the disabled or the normal, so different sports recreation programs must work for all colors, this research is to identify the effect of a sports recreation program on the perception of kinesthetic for the mentally handicapped. To learn, as for the research hypotheses, there are significant differences. A statistic between the pre and post tests and for the benefit of the post test, and the research sample consists of mentally handicapped children who are able to learn and whose IQ ranges from (50-70) and were selected by the infectious method and the sample consisted of (14) learners, and the researcher used the experimental method, and the researcher concluded that the proposed sports recreational program has led to the development of sensory motor perception among the mentally handicapped who are able to learn, and the proposed sports recreational program has a statistically significant positive effect for the experimental group in measuring perception kinesthetic.
