تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى أداء قادة الدوائر الإدارية لمهامهم في جامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظر العاملين معهم، والتعرف على الفروقات في مستوى الأداء وفقًا للمتغيرات: الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في جامعة اليرموك للعام الدراسي 2006/2007 والبالغ عددهم 777 عاملاً، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية وتكونت من 214 عاملاً، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أداء قادة الدوائر الإدارية لمهامهم عالٍ، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to know the performance level of the administrative departments leaders for their tasks in Al-Yarmouk University from the point of view of those who are working with them and to know the differences in the performance level according the varietals of gender scientific qualifications, and experience. The population of the study consists of all employees in Yarmouk university and series forth studying year 2006-2007 their total number is 777 employees, the studying sample was chosen randomly and consists of 214 employees, the study findings found that the performance level of the administration department leaders for their tasks is high and there were no statistically significance difference attributed to the gender scientific qualifications and experience.
