هدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية البنتاجرام "Pentagram" في تحصيل الأحياء وتنمية مهارات التفكير التحليلي والتواصل الفعال لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وطبق البحث على عينة من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي بإدارة بلقاس التعليمية، وتم تقسيميهم إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية وبلغ عددها (40) طالبا من مدرسة عبد العزيز جبارة الثانوية، ومجموعة ضابطة بلغ عددها (45) طالبا من مدرسة الملعب الثانوية في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي (2021-2022م)، وقد تم إعداد مجموعة من المواد والأدوات البحثية، تمثلت في: إعداد دليل المعلم وفقا لاستراتيجية البنتاجرام، وكراسة نشاط الطالب، واختيار تحصيلي في مادة الأحياء، واختبار مهارات التفكير التحليلي، ومقياس التواصل الفعال، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي والتصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعتين لتعرف فاعلية التدريس باستخدام استراتيجية البنتاجرام "Pentagram" في تحصيل مادة الأحياء وتنمية مهارات التفكير التحليلي والتواصل الفعال لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي، حيث تم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، ثم إجراء المعالجة، ثم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا على عينة البحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية عينة البحث بالتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأثبتت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لأدوات البحث لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لكل من اختبار مهارات التفكير التحليلي ومقياس التواصل الفعال. The research aimed to find out the effectiveness of using the Pentagram strategy in the achievement of Biology, development of analytical thinking skills and effective communication among Secondary school students. The research participants were students of First year Secondary in Belkas Directorate where they were divided into two groups: an experimental group (n = 40) at Abdel Aziz Gabara Secondary school and a control group (n = 45) from Al-Malaab Secondary school during the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022. A set of research materials and tools has been prepared, including preparing the teacher’s guide according to the Pentagram strategy, student activity brochure, achievement test in Biology, analytical thinking skills test, and the effective communication scale. The researcher followed the Experimental approach and the quasi-experimental design with two groups to know the effectiveness of teaching using the Pentagram strategy in the achievement of biology and the development of analytical thinking skills and effective communication among first-year secondary students, Where the research tools were applied first to the experimental and control groups, then the treatment was carried out, and the research tools were then applied to the research sample. The results proved that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the control group in the post-application of the research tools in favor of the experimental group, and there was also a statistically significant correlation between the scores of the experimental group students in the post-application of each of the analytical thinking skills test and effective communication scale.
