هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى الطالب لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الجامعية وذلك من خلال التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للذكاء الأخلاقي والتعرف على الإطار الفلسفي للميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الجامعية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها. وأوصى البحث بالدور الإيجابي لعضو هيئة التدريس في تنمية أبعاد الذكاء الأخلاقي وغرس الاتجاهات الإيجابية ولاهتمامات والقيم، وإتاحة الفرصة للطالب لتنمية المهارات والإبداع والابتكار، وتشجيع الطالب على العمل الجماعي وبث روح العمل كفريق لتنمية مهارات التواصل والتكيف مع الآخرين. وأيضا دور القيادة الجامعية بإضافة مقرر دراسي يتضمن القيم الأخلاقية، واحترام الآخرين، ومهارات التواصل والحوار، وحرية التعبير عن الرأي، والتعاون والمشاركة. وتفعيل الموقع الإلكتروني للجامعة وإنشاء صفحة مخصصة للمشكلات والقضايا الأخلاقية التي تواجه الطالب، ووجود حلول سريعة مما يسهم في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الجامعية. The research aimed to present a proposed vision for developing the student's moral intelligence to achieve competitive advantage in university institutions, by identifying the conceptual framework of moral intelligence and identifying the philosophical framework for competitive advantage in university institutions. The research used descriptive methods in collecting and interpreting information. The current research recommended the positive role of the faculty member in developing the dimensions of moral intelligence and instilling positive trends, interests and values, providing the student with an opportunity to develop skills, creativity and innovation, encouraging the student to work together and spreading the spirit of teamwork to develop communication skills and adapt with others. Also, the role of university leadership by adding a course that includes moral values, respect for others, communication and dialogue skills, freedom of expression, cooperation and participation. Moreover, activating the university’s website and creating a page dedicated to the ethical problems and issues facing the student, and finding quick solutions, which contribute to achieve the competitive advantage of university institutions.
