تهدف الدراسة التعرف على واقع التمكين الإداري للموظفين بالمؤسسات التربوية المختلفة وكيفية تطويره وتحسينه. تم اختيار عينة من العاملين بالموسسات التربوية المختلفة بمنطقة بئر العبد وعددها 74 مفردة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة موضوع الدراسة وتساؤلاتها والتحقق من صحتها. تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداه للدراسة. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين كل من تفويض الصلاحيات والتدريب والاتصال الفعال والتحفيز، من جهة وبين التمكين الإداري من جهة أخرى. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق التمكين الإداري على جميع مؤسسات الدولة وضرورة ربط الموظفين بالقيم التي تنمى دور التمكين الإداري في الوظائف التي يعملون بها. This study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment for employees of the environmental affairs departments in the local units and how to develop and improve it. A sample of 74 employees of the environmental affairs offices in the Bir al-Abd Center was selected, both male and female. The study relied on the descriptive approach that is appropriate to the nature of the subject of the study and its questions, and its validity was verified. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and the results showed a direct relationship between (delegation of powers, training, effective communication, and motivation) on the one hand, and administrative empowerment on the other hand. The study recommended the necessity of applying administrative empowerment to all state institutions and the necessity of linking employees to the values that develop the role of administrative empowerment in the jobs in which they work with it.
