The world is witnessing developments in various fields of Science and knowledge. The world, specifically in the first decade of the third millennium, witnessed many technical developments and transformations, which was called Fourth Industrial Revolution. This revolution like all the revolutions that preceded it and has its repercussions, which relate to the development of Science and knowledge. Due to the importance of university education institutions as one of the most important axes of development in various fields, therefore, Egyptian university education institutions seek to develop the elements of their system so that they can prepare generations capable of keeping pace with the developments of Fourth Industrial Revolution and facing its challenges. As a faculty member is one of the most important elements of that educational system, so it always seeks to develop his roles and skills in line with the requirements of that industrial revolution and its technologies in the university education system Study problem was that despite many attempts to develop the roles and skills of faculty members in Egyptian universities, however, many studies confirm that these attempts have not yet achieved the desired goal, and therefore this study tried to research on the digital skills needed to be available to faculty members on light of Fourth Industrial Revolution Requirements. Study relied on the descriptive approach to identify the most important features of Fourth Industrial Revolution through the theoretical literature, and then determine the most important digital skills that should be available to faculty members in Egyptian universities on light of this revolution requirements, relying on an expert opinion survey form to judge the list of proposed skills. Study discovered the preparation of a specific list of the most important digital skills that should be available to faculty members in Egyptian universities on light of Fourth Industrial Revolution requirements.
