هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على جودة الخدمات الأكاديمية المقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا بقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة طيبة من وجهة نظرهم. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (126) من طلبة الدراسات العليا بمرحلة الماجستير والدكتوراه بقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة طيبة. استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات من المشاركين. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن جودة الخدمات الأكاديمية المقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع محاور الدراسة، عدا محور الإشراف الأكاديمي والذي جاء بدرجة عالية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير النوع، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير البرنامج الأكاديمي. The study aimed at exploring the quality of academic services provided to postgraduate students in the Department of Educational Administration at Taibah University from their point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (126) graduate students at the master's and doctoral levels in the Department of Educational Administration at Taibah University. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the data from the participants. The study yielded several findings, the most important of which are: The quality of academic services provided to postgraduate students came with a medium degree in all aspects of the study, except the dimension of academic supervision, which came with a high degree. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of gender. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of academic program. (Published abstract)
