تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لمواكبة متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، مما يستلزم ضرورة مراجعة الأدبيات لاستخلاص قائمة بأهم هذه الكفايات، ومن ثم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء في التربية للتعرف على تصوراتهم حول هذه الكفايات، ومن ثم تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توفر هذه الكفايات لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر من وجهة نظر طلابهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأعد الباحثان استبانة تكونت من (80) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور، هي: محور الكفايات الشخصية والأخلاقية (15) عبارة، ومحور الكفايات التدريسية (21) عبارة، ومحور الكفايات المرتبطة بمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين (27) عبارة، ومحور الكفايات التقنية والتكنولوجية (17) عبارة. طبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة من طلبة الكليات العملية والنظرية بجامعة الأزهر بلغ عددها (482) طالبا وطالبة. كشفت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: جاء ترتيب محاور الدراسة كما يلي: المحور الأول: "الكفايات الشخصية والأخلاقية"، المحور الثاني: "الكفايات التدريسية"، والمحور الثالث: "الكفايات المرتبطة بمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين"، والمحور الرابع: "الكفايات التقنية والتكنولوجية". أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغير النوع (ذكر- أنثى) في جميع محاور الدراسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير التخصص (نظري - عملي) في جميع المحاور لصالح فئة الطلاب ذوي التخصص العملي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير نوع الكلية (تربوية - غير تربوية) بالنسبة لمحاور الاستبانة الأربعة. The study aims to identify the professional competencies necessary for faculty members to keep pace with the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution, which requires the need to review the literature to extract a list of the most important of these competencies, and then present them to a group of experts in education to identify their perceptions about these competencies, and then the study seeks to identify. The extent to which these competencies are available to faculty members at Al-Azhar University from the point of view of their students, and the study used the descriptive survey method (21) phrases, and the axis of competencies related to the skills of the twenty-first century (27) phrases, and the axis of technical and technological competencies (17) phrases. The most important results: The arrangement of the study axes was as follows: The first axis: "Personal and moral competencies". The second axis: Teaching competencies. The third axis: Competencies related to the skills of the twenty-first century. "The fourth axis: Technical and technological competencies", and the study showed that there were no differences. Statistically significant according to the gender variable (male- female) in all axes of the study, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample individuals according to the variable of specialization (theoretical- practical) in all axes in favor of the category of students with practical specialization, and there are no statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses according to the college type variable (educational - non - educational) for the four axes of the questionnaire.
