هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم دور القيادات الجامعية في تحقيق متطلبات التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة العريش، من خلال تعرف الأطر النظرية لدور القيادات الجامعية في تحقيق متطلبات التطوير التنظيمي بالجامعات، وتحديد الأسس النظرية لتطوير أداء القيادات الجامعية، والوقوف على واقع دور القيادات الجامعية في تحقيق متطلبات التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة العريش. استخدمت الدراسة أسلوب دراسة الحالة، كأحد مداخل وفنيات المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير دور القيادات الجامعية في تحقيق متطلبات التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة العريش. The study aimed to assess the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at Al- Arish University, by knowing the theoretical frameworks of the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at universities, identifying the theoretical bases for the development of university leaders, and identifying the reality of the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at Al- Arish University. The study used the case study method as one of the entrances and techniques of the prescriptive curriculum, and came up with a proposed conception to develop the role of university leaders in achieving the organizational development requirements of Al-Arish University.
