يهدف البحث إلى تطوير برنامج إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030م؛ لتحقيق متطلبات الجمهورية الجديدة. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي في إعداد الإطار النظري للبحث عن برامج إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية، ورؤية مصر 2030م، ومتطلبات الجمهورية الجديدة. قام الباحثان بما يلي: إعداد قائمة بأبعاد رؤية مصر 2030م، وقائمة بمتطلبات الجمهورية الجديدة التي ينبغي توفرها لدى طلاب كليات التربية، وبناء التصور المقترح لتطوير برنامج إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030م، والذي تتضمن: (المرجعيات، الأهداف، المحتوى، طرق التدريس، التقنيات والمواد التعليمية، الأنشطة، أدوات التقويم). أوصى الباحثان بضرورة إعادة النظر في برنامج إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية بما يضمن تأكيد أهدافه على أبعاد رؤية مصر 2030م، ومتطلبات الجمهورية الجديدة، ومراعاة أن يتضمن محتوى البرنامج أبعاد وبرامج الرؤية، والتركيز على مهارات المستقبل. Egypt’s vision 2030 strives for a competitive, balanced and diversified economy, based on innovation and knowledge, and grounded on justice, social integrity and collaboration. It aims to provide high quality education and training for all, without discrimination, within an efficient, equitable, sustainable and flexible institutional framework. Recent studies and reports assert the need to develop teacher preparation programs in line with the requirements of comprehensive development plans. These programs should prepare new generations who are capable of constructing knowledge and using information in productive ways. On these premises, the current research aims at developing the teacher preparation program at faculties of education in light of Egypt's vision 2030 to achieve the “New Republic” requirements. The following instruments were prepared and conducted: A checklist including the dimensions of Egypt's vision 2030, a survey for eliciting experts’ opinions at faculties of education regarding the importance of integrating these dimensions in the teacher preparation programs, and a checklist of the “New Republic” requirements that should be met by student teachers at faculties of education. Moreover, a framework of teacher preparation program was proposed in light of Egypt’s vision 2030, (with rationale and prerequisites, goals and outcomes, content, teaching methods and techniques, educational materials and activities, and evaluation tools). Recommendations included the need to reconsider teacher preparation programs at faculties of education. That is, they should be restructured in ways that integrate the dimensions of Egypt’s vision 2030 and the New Republic requirements. Furthermore, it was recommended that content of the program reflect the future skills necessary for new generations among other pillars and programs of actions. (Published abstract)
