تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الإسماعيلية وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح المهني لديهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (82) معلم ومعلمة موزعة على أربع مدارس هي: مدرسة التربية الفكرية (21)، ومدرسة الصم (20)، ومدرسة المكفوفين (20)، مدارس الدمج (21) محافظة الإسماعيلية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الأدوات التالية: مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لمعلمي التربية الخاصة (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس مستوى الطموح المهني لمعلمي التربية الخاصة (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابي بين الدافعية للإنجاز ومستوي الطموح المهني لدى أفراد العينة من معلمي التربية الخاصة. كان مستوى الطموح المهني لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس الدمج أفضل من المدارس الأخرى نظرا لتعاملهم مع التلاميذ العاديين، كما يمكن التنبؤ بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة من خلال دراسة مستوى الطموح المهني لديهم. The study aims to identify the degree of achievement motivation among special education teachers in Ismailia Governorate and its relationship to their level of professional ambition. The sample of the study consisted of (82) male and female teachers distributed among four schools, the School of Intellectual Education (21), the School for the Deaf (20), the School for the Blind (20), and the schools of integration (21) from Ismailia Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive method. The study used the following tools: a measure of achievement motivation for special education teachers (prepared by the researcher), a measure of the level of professional ambition for special education teachers (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study concluded that there is a correlation between achievement motivation and the level of professional ambition among the sample of special education teachers. The level of professional ambition of special education teachers in integration schools was better than other schools due to their dealings with ordinary students, it is also possible to predict the achievement motivation of special education teachers by studying their level of professional ambition.
