هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين رأس المال النفسي وكل من التكيف المهني والنجاح المهني، ومعرفة التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين كل من رأس المال النفسي والتكيف المهني والنجاح المهني. وتكونت عينة البحث من (433) معلم ومعلمة بالمرحلة الابتدائية. وتم تطبيق مقياس التكيف المهني (ترجمة وتعريب الباحثتان) ومقياس رأس المال النفسي ومقياس النجاح المهني (إعداد الباحثتان)، وبعد إجراء العمليات الإحصائية المناسبة لفرضيات البحث باستخدام معامل الارتباط التتابعي لبيرسون ونموذج المعادلة البنائية تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01)‏ بين أبعاد رأس المال النفسي وكل من التكيف المهني والنجاح المهني، كما وجد تأثير مباشر موجب وكلى دال احصائيًا لرأس المال النفسي في التكيف المهني والنجاح المهني، وكذلك تأثير مباشر موجب وكلى دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01)‏ للتكيف المهني في النجاح المهني، ويوجد تأثير موجب غير مباشر دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01)‏ لرأس المال النفسي في النجاح المهني من خلال المتغير الوسيط التكيف المهني. The research aims to identify the relationship between psychological capital, career adaptability, and career success and to know the direct and indirect effects between psychological capital, career adaptability, and career success among the primary school teachers. The research sample consisted of (433) male and female teachers at the primary level. career adaptability (translation and Arabization of the two researchers), the psychological capital scale and the career success scale (prepared by the two researchers) were applied, after performing the appropriate statistical operations for research hypotheses by using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation model it was found that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between the dimensions of psychological capital and both career adaptability, and career success, It also found a direct, positive and statistically significant effect of psychological capital on career adaptability, and career success, As well as a direct, positive and statistically significant effect at the level (0.01) of career adaptability on career success. There is a positive, indirect, statistically significant effect at the level (0.01) of psychological capital on career success through the mediating variable of career adaptability.
