هدفت الدراسة تحليل الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لمدخل التجديد التربوي، وتحديد أهم ملامح نظام الثانوية العامة الجديد بمصر وسياسات التطوير التي اعتمدتها وزارة التربية والتعليم و(التعليم الفني)، وكذا تحليل واقع العلاقة بين مدخل التجديد التربوي وتطوير التعليم الثانوي في مصر، مرورا بالوقوف على آراء خبراء التربية في تطوير نظام الثانوية العامة في مصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي، وصولا إلى طرح تصور مقترح لتطوير نظام الثانوية العامة في مصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بهدف وصف الواقع وتشخيصه والاستفادة من معطياته في رسم معالم الإطار المستقبلي لمعالجة القضية، وتم تطبيق استبانة تم تطبيقها على 111 من خبراء التربية في مصر، وتكونت من خمسة محاور للتجديد التربوي في نظام الثانوية العامة، وهي مجالات الأهداف التربوية للتعليم الثانوي العام في مصر، والمناهج الدراسية، وطرق التدريس، ومعالجة القضايا التربوية المعاصرة، وأخيرا مجال تقويم الطلاب، وجاءت المتوسطات الكلية لكل محور من محاور الدراسة متوسطة مما يشير إلى وجود مقومات جيدة يمكن البناء عليها، ومن ثم قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا استند إلى نظرة شاملة ومتكاملة لنظام التعليم الثانوي، وإمكانية تطوير نظام الثانوية العامة بمصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي في عديد من المجالات المدرسية، وقدم التصور المقترح مجموعة من المقترحات لتطوير الثانوية العامة في مصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي شملت التجديد في مجالات استراتيجية تطوير التعليم الثانوي، وأهدافه، وتنمية المعلم مهنيا، وفي مجال المناهج وطرق التدريس، ومجال التقويم. The study sought to identify the most important features of the new system of the General Secondary Education (GSE) developed by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education in Egypt and define the relationship between educational innovation approaches on one side and the GSE on the other side with the purpose of proposing a framework for the improvement of the GSE System in Egypt in light of the educational innovation approaches. In so doing, the study adopted the descriptive approach where a survey was conducted to explore the perceptions of education experts regarding the development and improvement of the GSE System in Egypt in terms of the educational innovation approaches. The survey was composed of five axes for educational renewal in the general secondary system, including the educational objectives for general secondary education in Egypt, curricula, teaching methods, addressing contemporary educational issues, and student evaluation. 111 education experts participated in the study. Responses were generally positive. In light of these results, the study proposed a framework based on a comprehensive and integrated view of the GSE system for the development and improvement of the GSE system in Egypt in light of educational innovative approaches in different education and school areas including innovation in the fields and areas of GSE development strategy and objectives, teacher professional development, curricula and teaching methods, and evaluation.
