تسعى الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجية مقترحة للتعليم الفني؛ لمواكبة احتياجات سوق العمل في ضوء رأس المال الفكري الأخضر. لتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي؛ مستعينة بأسلوب التحليل البيئي (SWOT)، كما تم استطلاع رأي الخبراء في نتائج هذا التحليل لمعرفة الوزن النسبي لكل بعد، وذلك في سبيل بناء الاستراتيجية المقترحة للتطوير. سارت الدراسة تحقيقا لأهدافها، وفقا للخطوات الآتية: الأولى: تحديد الأطار العام للدراسة. الثانية: وضع الإطار النظري للدراسة، ويتضمن رأس المال الفكري الأخضر وأبعاده. الثالثة: واقع التعليم الفني في مصر، من خلال جزئين: 1) من خلال الوثائق والأدبيات والدراسات السابقة 2) التحليل البيئي من خلال استطلاع رأي الخبراء، لمعرفة الوزن النسبي لكل بعد. الرابعة: تقديم استراتيجية مقترحة للتعليم الفني في مصر، وذلك في ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه في الإطار النظري للدراسة، ونتائج التحليل البيئي لعناصر البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لمدارس التعليم الفني، لمواكبة التعليم الفني لسوق العمل على ضوء رأس المال الفكري الأخضر. The study seeks to develop a proposed strategy for technical education to cope with the needs of the labor market in the light of green intellectual capital. Accordingly, the study adopts the descriptive method.in addition to employing SWOT analysis, the study proceeds to achieve the objectives according to the following steps: The first step: the general framework of the study. The second step: the theoretical framework for the study, which includes green intellectual capital and its dimensions. The third step: this part investigates through: technical education in Egypt: 1) Through previous documents and studies. 2) Environmental analysis through expert opinion poll to find out the relative weight of each dimension The fourth step: proposing a strategy for technical education in Egypt. Based on previous studies, what was reached in the theoretical framework of the study, and the results of the environmental analysis of the internal and external environment elements of educational institutions to keep pace with technical education for the labor market in the light of green intellectual capital.
