يهدف البحث إلى تحديد الكفايات الإبداعية اللازمة للمعلم وتحديات توظيفها ومستوى توافر كل منهما لتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030 في عملية التعليم، ودراسة الفروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات، وبين معلمي المقررات العملية ومعلمي المقررات النظرية في الكفايات الإبداعية وتحديات توظيفها. بلغت عينة البحث (189) معلما ومعلمة (98 معلما - 101 معلمة) يقومون بتدريس مقررات اللغة العربية والدراسات الاجتماعية والرياضيات والعلوم. قام الباحث ببناء مقياسين؛ مقياس الكفايات الإبداعية اللازمة للمعلم لتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030، ومقياس تحديات توظيف التعليم الإبداعي لتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي، انتهت النتائج إلى وجود 8 كفايات إبداعية لازمة لتوظيف التعليم الإبداعي، وجاء مستوى توافرها لدى العينة بين متوسطة ومنخفضة. أعلى الكفايات توفير مواقف تعليمية إبداعية، فيما كان أقلها إعداد الامتحانات وتصحيحها إبداعيا والمستوى العام جاء متوسطا، ووجود 14 تحديا لتوظيف التعليم الإبداعي وجاء مستوى توافرها لدى العينة بين متوسطة ومرتفعة، وأعلى التحديات نقص الدافعية وغياب الرؤية، فيما كان أقلها ضعف استجابة المعلمين مع النمط الجديد للتعليم، والمستوى العام جاء مرتفعا، ووجود فروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في الكفايات الإبداعية اللازمة لتوظيف التعليم الإبداعي لصالح المعلمين. فيما كانت الفروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في تحديات توظيف التعليم الإبداعي لصالح المعلمات، ووجود فروق بين معلمي المقررات النظرية ومعلمي المقررات العملية في الكفايات الإبداعية اللازمة لتوظيف التعليم الإبداعي لصالح معلمي المقررات العملية، فيما كانت الفروق بينهما في تحديات توظيف التعليم الإبداعي لصالح معلمي المقررات النظرية، وأوصى البحث بإعادة تصميم البرامج الجامعية من حيث المناهج ونماذج التدريس والتقييم، لتحقق رؤية مصر 2030. The research aims to determine the necessary creative competencies for teachers, the challenges of employing them, the level of availability of each of them to achieve Egypt‘s 2030 vision in the education process, and study the differences between male and female teachers, and between teachers of practical courses versus of theoretical courses in creative competencies and the challenges of employing them. The sample is 189 teachers (98 male, 101 female teachers) who teach Arabic, social studies, mathematics and science courses. The researcher developed two scales; A measure of the creative competencies necessary for teachers to achieve Egypt‘s 2030 vision, and a scale of the challenges of employing creative education to achieve Egypt‘s 2030 vision, Using the descriptive approach, the results concluded that there are 8 creative competencies needed to employ creative education, and the level of availability of ranged between medium and low, the highest competencies were the provision of creative educational situations, while the least of exam preparation and creative correction, the general level was medium, there were 14 challenges to employ creative education; the level of availability is between medium and high, the highest challenges are lack of motivation and absence of vision, while the least of the weak response of teachers with the new style of education, the general level was high, there were differences between male and female teachers in the creative competencies needed to employ creative education in favor of male, while the differences in the challenges of employing creative education in favor of female, and there were differences between teachers of theoretical courses and teachers of practical courses favor of teachers of practical courses. While the differences in the challenges of employing creative education in favor of teachers of theoretical courses. The research recommended re-designing university programs in terms of curricula, teaching models and assessment, to achieve Egypt‘s 2030 vision. (Published abstract)
