هدف البحث إلى التعرف على وظائف إدارة العلاقات العامة والإعلام في المؤسسات التربوية، ورصد الواقع النظري لإدارة العلاقات العامة والأعلام بالتربية والتعليم، وتحديد إسهامات بعض اتجاهات الفكر الإداري في تطوير إدارة مديرية التربية والتعليم. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الذي يستخدم عادة لدراسة واقع بعينه في الوقت الحاضر، حيث يعمل على تحليل الواقع المعني بالدراسة وتحليله إلى عناصر وإبراز العلاقات التي تربط فيما بينها مما يسمح في النهاية بفهم منطق حركتها وتطورها ومن ثم يمكن التنبؤ بما يحتمل أن تصير إليه في المستقبل. توصل في نهايته إلى أن هناك علاقات متبادلة بين اتجاهات الفكر الإداري المعاصرة وتطوير إدارة العلاقات العامة بالتربية والتعليم بسيناء. The objective of the research is to identify the functions of the Department of Public Relations and Media in educational institutions and monitoring the theoretical realities of the Department of Public Relations and Information in Education, and identifying the contributions of some administrative thought trends in the development of the Department of Education approach", where research relied on the descriptive approach normally used to study a particular reality at present, Analyzing the study's reality, analysing it into elements and highlighting the relationships between them, which ultimately allows understanding of the logic of its movement and evolution and thus predictable what it is likely to become in the future. And concluded that there were interrelationships between contemporary administrative thinking trends and the development of public relations management in education and education in Sinai.
