هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى اهتمام مدربي الفئات الشبانية حول أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية بأسلوب التعلم الالكتروني علي تطوير الكفاءة التعليمية بالإضافة على استخدام طرق تدريب حديثة تجعل المدرب يستعين بكافة الوسائل التعليمية الممكنة وطرائق التدريب المناسبة المعززة لدور المتعلم.من خلال استقراء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية بأسلوب التعليم الالكتروني على تطوير الكفاءة التعليمية لدي مدربي الفئات الشبانية. وتكونت مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدربي الفئات الشبانية لكرة اليد للرابطة الولائية لمدينة مسيلة واستعملنا في الدراسة الميدانية أداة الاستبيان حيث تم صياغة فقرات أداة الدراسة وفق الإجراءات العلمية ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها: 1) لا يوجد إختلاف في وجهات نظر المدربين حول أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية بأسلوب التعليم الالكتروني على تطوير الكفاءة التعليمية؛ 2) هناك اهتمام كبير من طرف مدربي الفئات الشبانية لكرة اليد حول أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية باسلوب التعليم الالكتروني على تطوير الكفاءة التعليمية؛ 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر المدربين حول أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية بأسلوب التعليم الالكتروني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريبية؛ 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر المدربين حول أهمية استعمال البرمجيات التدريبية بأسلوب التعليم الالكتروني تعزى لمتغير الإلمام تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني. To identify the level of interest of youth group trainers in the importance of using online training software to develop pedagogical skills, in addition to the use of modern training methods that require the trainer to use all possible pedagogical means and appropriate training methods to reinforce the role of the learner. The following question: The importance of using training software in the way of e-learning to develop the pedagogical skills of the trainers of youth groups and the population to be studied is composed of all the trainers of the class City State Association's handball junior and used tear gas in the field study questionnaire tool where writing paragraphs of the study tool in accordance with the procedures of scientists These are the results : 1) There is no difference of view among trainers on the importance of using training software using the e-learning method to develop teaching skills. 2) Youth handball coaches are very interested in the importance of using training programs using the e-learning method to develop teaching skills. 3) There is no statistically significant difference between the trainers' point of view on the importance of using e-learning training software because of the varying training experience. 4) There is no statistically significant difference between the trainers' views on the importance of using training software using the e-learning method due to the variability of knowledge of e-learning.
