هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التمكين الإداري بجامعة العريش، وإستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث (الإستبانة) على عينة من العاملين بجامعة العريش، وتوصل البحث إلى إعتماد التمكين الإداري من أهم مداخل الإصلاح الإداري، حيث يسهم التمكين في تطوير وتنمية الفكر الإداري بعد تحول الاهتمام من أسلوب المنظمة المركزية في الإدارة إلى أسلوب المنظمة اللامركزية لتحقيق الارتقاء بمستوى أداء العاملين وأداء المنظمة ككل. ويعد التمكين الإداري أحد الاتجاهات المعاصرة في مجال الإدارة التربوية التي حظيت باهتمام القائمين على تطوير المؤسسات على اختلاف أنواعها ومستوياتها لما له من دور فاعل في محاولة تحقيق لا مركزية الإدارة والتنظيم وتطبيق الإدارة الذاتية، وتحقيق إستقلالية المؤسسة، وإمكانية إنفتاحها على المجتمع ككل. The research aimed to identify the reality of administrative empowerment at Arish University. The research used the descriptive approach because it is appropriate for the nature of the study. The research tools (questionnaire) were applied to a sample of employees at Arish University. The research concluded that administrative empowerment is one of the most important approaches to administrative reform, as empowerment contributes to developing and enhancing administrative thought after shifting attention from the centralized organization approach to the decentralized organization approach to achieve an improvement in the level of employee performance and the performance of the organization as a whole. Administrative empowerment is one of the contemporary trends in the field of educational administration that has received the attention of those responsible for developing institutions of various types and levels due to its effective role in trying to achieve decentralization of management and organization, applying self-management, achieving the independence of the institution, and the possibility of its openness to society as a whole.
