تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب ضعف إستخدام المعلمين المتدربين في مقررات التربية الإسلامية لإستراتيجيات التعلم النشط، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على سبل تعزيز تطبيق المعلمين المتدربين في مقررات التربية الإسلامية لإستراتيجيات التعلم النشط من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، من خلال تطبيق المنهج الكيفي للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، أما بالنسبة إلى مجتمع الدراسة فقد تكون من الأساتذة والأستاذات المتخصصين في مناهج وطرق تدريس التربية الإسلامية في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1445هـ، وقد إعتمد الباحث تطبيق أداة الدراسة على كامل المجتمع لمحدودية أفراده، وهم (7) أستاذ وأستاذة كعينة للدراسة، وقد استطلعت آراء العينة بإستخدام أداة المقابلة شبه المقننة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها، أن من أسباب ضعف إستخدام المعلمين المتدربين لإستراتيجيات التعلم النشط: أن توصيف المقررات النظرية الجامعية قديمة ولا تواكب المستجدات التربوية، وعدم وجود برامج تطوير مهني بالمدارس متزامنة مع التدريب، وضعف التجهيزات في بعض المدارس، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة سبل يمكن أن تسهم في تعزيز تطبيق المعلمين المتدربين لإستراتيجيات التعلم النشط من أبرزها: إعادة النظر في توصيف المقررات التربوية النظرية بالجامعة، وتهيئة البيئة المدرسية بالتجهيزات اللازمة، وتعزيز اللقاءات التوجيهية للمشرف الأكاديمي مع المتدربين بالتزامن مع فترة التدريب، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة أخذ الجهات المعنية بالنتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة. This study aims at identifying the reasons of the weak use of active leaning strategies by the trainee teachers in Islamic education courses, in addition to determining ways of enhancing their application from the viewpoint of educational supervisors, through applying the qualitative approach in answering the study questions. As for the study population, it consisted of male & female professors specialized in methodology of teaching Islamic education in the second semester of the academic year 1445 AH, the researcher approved the study application tool to the entire population due to the limitations of its members, who were (7) male & female professors as a sample for the study, The sample's opinions were gathered using a semi-structured interviewing tool. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: among the reasons for the poor use of active learning strategies by trainee teachers we found: The description of university theoretical curricula is outdated, and doesn't keep pace with educational developments, the lack of professional development programs in schools synchronized with training, and the poor equipments in some schools. The study also reached many ways that can contribute to the application of active learning strategies by trainee teachers, the most important of which are: reconsidering the theoretical educational curricula in universities , and providing the relevant equipment for school environment, and enhancing the academic supervisor's orientation meetings with the trainees in conjunction with the training period the study recommended that the concerned parties should take into consideration the results of this study.
