هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على: الإتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى طلبة جامعة حائل، وإقتراح آليات لتعزيز الإتجاه الإيجابي لديهم، والتعرف إلى الفروق بين متوسطات إستجابات عينة الدراسة حول الاتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة، التي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والكلية ودراسة مقرر ريادة الأعمال. تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة جامعة حائل الذين يدرسون مقررات الإعداد العام، في الفصل الأول للعام الجامعي 1445ه، وعددهم 19530 طالبا وطالبة، تم إختيار عينة عشوائية تبلغ 1965 فردا. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: جاءت الإستجابة الكلية لمحور "الاتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة" متحققة بدرجة موافق إلى حد ما، حيث بلغ المتوسط الكلي (3.083 من 4)، وتراوحت تقديرات عبارات الإستبانة لهذا المحور بين موافق تماما، وموافق إلى حد ما، وموافق بدرجة ضعيفة. وبينت الدراسة وجود فروق في إستجابات عينة الدراسة حول الإتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال ترجع لإختلاف الجنس، والفروق لصالح الإناث، فيما تبين عدم وجود فروق في إستجابات عينة الدراسة حول الإتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال ترجع لإختلاف الكلية، أو دراسة الطلبة لمقرر ريادة الأعمال. كما جاءت الإستجابة الكلية لعينة الدراسة على محور "آليات تعزيز الإتجاه الإيجابي نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة" متحققة بدرجة موافق تماما، حيث بلغ المتوسط الكلي (3.767 من 4)، وجاءت إستجابات العينة على عبارات المحور بدرجة موافق تماما. وأوصت الدراسة: بتعزيز الإتجاه الإيجابي نحو ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة، من خلال آليات أهمها: إيجاد الشغف وبناء الثقة لدى الطلبة، نشر الثقافة الريادية بأساليب مبتكرة، تطوير مناهج ريادة الأعمال وطريقة تدريسها، إكتشاف مواهب الطلبة وتنميتها، تدريب الطلبة على القيام بمشاريع تحاكي الواقع. The study aimed to identify of entrepreneurship attitude among students of Hail University, ways to enhance it, and the differences in the responses of the study participants regarding the entrepreneurship attitude among students attributed to gender, college, and entrepreneurship course study. The descriptive survey method was used, and the study population consisted of students at Hail University studying preparatory courses in the first semester of the year 1445 AH, totaling 19530individuals. A random sample of 1965 individuals were selected. The study results as follows: The overall response to the axis "of entrepreneurship attitude among students of Hail University" was somewhat achieved. Responses to the questionnaire items for this axis ranged from fully agreed, somehow agreed, to weakly agreed. The study showed differences in the responses of the study sample regarding to the entrepreneurship attitude attributed to gender, with differences in favor of females, while there were no differences in the responses of the study sample regarding entrepreneurship attitude attributed to college or studying entrepreneurship courses. The overall response of the study sample on the axis "ways to enhance positive entrepreneurship attitude among students" was fully achieved. The study recommended: the need to enhance the positive attitude towards entrepreneurship among students, by create passion and confidence in them in this field, and spreading entrepreneurial culture in innovative ways, developing entrepreneurship curriculum and teaching methods, and discovering students' talents and nurturing them, and training them to undertake projects that simulate reality.
