هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة الإدارة الرشيقة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين، وفي ضوء بعض المتغيرات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولجمع البيانات طورت استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات، هي: التواضع، والهدوء، والحكمة، والصبر، والموضوعية، والثقة، تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيار أفرادها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من (327) مديراً ومعلماً. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة الرشيقة جاءت مرتفعة على الدرجة الكلية وعلى جميع المجالات. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة ولصالح المدير. The study aimed to find out the extent of practicing lean management among the principals of public schools in Palestine and its relation with certain variables. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive survey methodology was employed. Data was collected through a questionnaire comprising of 30 items distributed across six domains: humility, composure, wisdom, patience, objectivity, and trust. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. The study sample consisted of 327 principals and teachers, by using simple random methods, the results indicated a high level of lean management practice across all domains. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found related to the variable of educational qualifications. However, statistically significant differences were observed for the gender variable, in favor of males, and for the job position variable, in favor of principals’ job. (Published abstract)
