هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي صعوبات التعلم في ضوء توظيف تطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني. واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة المتغيرات مع بناء أداة جمع البيانات. وتم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (46) في مجالات ثلاثة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (52) معلمًا ومشرفا ًبرامج صعوبات التعلم، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة بطريقة إلكترونية في الفصل الدراسي الثاني بالعام الدراسي 2020-2021م. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي صعوبات التعلم جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة حول توظيف تطبيقات التعلم الالكتروني في صعوبات التعلم بصفة عامة، وجاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة جداً في المهارات الأساسية، وبدرجة موافقة كبيرة في المهارات المتقدمة ومهارات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني ومهارات التنمية المهنية المستدامة باستخدام التعلم الالكتروني. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة والمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبية في الاحتياجات التدريبية على الاستبانة ككل. The study aimed to identify the training needs of teachers of learning difficulties in light of employing e-learning applications. The study relied on the analytical descriptive methodology to describe the study variables while building a data collection tool. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of three domains, 46 items. The sample of the study consisted of (52) teachers and supervisors of learning difficulties programs, and the questionnaire was applied electronically in the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021. The results of the study showed: that the degree of training needs for teachers of learning difficulties came to a large degree of approval regarding the use of e-learning applications in learning difficulties in general, and it came with a very high degree of approval in basic skills, and with a high degree of approval in advanced skills and the skills of using e-learning and sustainable professional development skills using e-learning.in addition, There were no statistically significant differences between the study sample responses due to the variables( job, graduation, experience, and training course ), in the training needs on the questionnaire as a whole.
