تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين في ضوء التجربة الإشرافية في ماليزيا. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي التركيبي، وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن أسئلتها المحددة، بتوضيح الإطار النظري للإشراف التربوي في الفكر التربوي المعاصر، والتعريف بنظام الإشراف التربوي القائم في كل من ماليزيا وفلسطين، وطرح عدد من السياسات المقترحة لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين في ضوء التجربة الإشرافية في ماليزيا، إذ يعاني الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين من عديد من المعيقات منها: عدم ثبات السياسة العامة لنظام الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين، مما يؤثر بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر في سياسات الإشراف التربوي، وعدم الإعداد المسبق للمشرف التربوي قبل تعيينه، ووجود معيقات إدارية تؤدي إلى التقليل من جودة العمل الإشرافي، وازدواجية الأدوار لدى المشرف التربوي بين داعم للمعلم ومقيّم له. This study aims to develop the educational supervision system in Palestine in light of the supervision experience in Malaysia. The study adopted synthetic analytical methodology. The study attempted to answer its specific questions by clarifying the theoretical framework of educational supervision in contemporary educational thought and introducing the existing educational supervision system in both Malaysia and Palestine. A number of proposed policies were put forward to develop the educational supervision system in Palestine in light of the Malaysian experience, as educational supervision in Palestine suffers from many obstacles, including: the lack of stability in the general policy of the educational supervision system in Palestine, which directly or indirectly affects educational supervision policies, The lack of prior preparation of the educational supervisor before his appointment, the presence of administrative obstacles that lead to reduce the quality of supervisory work, and the dual roles of the educational supervisor between supporting the teacher and evaluating him.
