يتناول هذا البحث أثر القيادة التربوية في تحسين بيئة النظام التعليمي للمرحلة الجامعية في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث استهدف البحث تحليل دور القيادات التربوية في تعزيز جودة التعليم من خلال تحسين البيئة التعليمية وتوفير الدعم للطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في القطاعات الحكومية. اعتمد البحث على منهجية تحليلية جمعت بين التحليل النوعي والكمي باستخدام استبيانات ومقابلات شخصية. واعتمدت الدراسة على عينتين: الأولى عينة عشوائية تشمل الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والثانية عينة قصدية تضم القادة التربويين، إلى جانب الوثائق والمستندات المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الأكاديمية. أظهرت النتائج أن القيادة التربوية تسهم في تحسين بيئة التعلم عبر تعزيز التواصل، دعم الاحتياجات الأكاديمية، وتشجيع الابتكار، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز برامج التدريب القيادي وتطوير سياسات تعليمية داعمة، كما شددت على أهمية معالجة التحديات كدمج التكنولوجيا، وتطوير المناهج، وتعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية. This research addresses "the impact of educational leadership on enhancing the educational system environment for university education in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia". It aims to analyze educational leaders' role in improving education quality by enhancing the learning environment and providing support to students and faculty in government sectors. The research employed an analytical methodology combining qualitative and quantitative analysis through surveys and personal interviews. The study relied on two samples: a random sample including students and faculty members, and a purposive sample comprising educational leaders and documents and records related to academic institutions. The findings indicate that educational leadership contributes to improving the learning environment by fostering communication, supporting academic needs, and encouraging innovation. The study recommends strengthening leadership training programs and developing supportive educational policies. It also emphasizes addressing challenges such as integrating technology, curriculum development, and enhancing community partnerships. (Published abstract)
