هدفت الدراسة إلى اﻟﺘﻌﺮف إلى درجة إسهام برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة في تعزيز فاعلية المدارس التابعة لإقليم جنوب الأردن والعاملين فيها"عينة الدراسة من (203) مديرين ومديرات، ولجمع البيانات تم اعتماد استبانة ممارسة القيادة التربوية وتكونت من (31) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان دور برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة في تعزيز فاعلية المدرسة والعاملين فيها في المدارس التابعة لإقليم جنوب الأردن كان كبيراً، كما تبين من النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة في تعزيز فاعلية المدرسة والعاملين فيها في المدارس التابعة لإقليم جنوب تعزى إلى متغير الجنس ولصالح فئة الإناث، ووجود دلالة إحصائية على حسب الخبرة، ولصالح فئة أقل من خمس سنوات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى الى متغير المؤهل العلمي. This study aimed to identify the contribution degree of the professional diploma program in advanced educational leadership in enhancing the effectiveness of schools and their employees in the Southern Jordan region. The study sample consisted of 203 principals, Data were collected using the Educational Leadership Practices Questionnaire, which consisted of 31 items. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The study results showed that the role of the professional diploma program in advanced educational leadership in enhancing the effectiveness of schools and their employees in the Southern Jordan region was significant. The results also indicated statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample regarding the program's role based on gender, with females showing a higher contribution. Additionally, significant differences were found based on experience, favoring those with less than five years of experience. However, no statistically significant differences were found based on educational qualification. (Published abstract)
