يستهدف البحث وضع مجموعة متطلبات يمكن من خلالها تحقيق التعليم الريادي داخل كليات التربية؛ على ضوء خبرات بعض الدول، وذلك من خلال: التعرف على التوجهات الفكرية، والدواعي الكامنة وراء نشر التعليم الريادي داخل الجامعات، وإبراز بعض أبعاد التعليم الريادي أمام طلاب كليات التربية، وإبراز بعض التحديات التي تواجه كليات التربية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، وتحديد ما يلزم من آليات إجرائية تساعد في تحقيق متطلبات يمكنها أن تحقق التعليم الريادي داخل كليات التربية، واعتمد البحث في ذلك على وهو ما يجعل المنهج الوصفي هو الأنسب، باعتباره المنهج الذى يساعد على فهم التعليم الريادي داخل كليات التربية، وبما يسهم في توفير أفراد رياديين قادرين على العمل في وظائف الدولة المختلفة، وبما يتعارض مع تعديل أنماط السلوك التقليدية للخريجين منها، وتعديل بعض أنماط التفكير ونظام القيم والاتجاهات بما يناسب طموحاتهم، وبما يدعم صنع جيل من المبدعين في مجال أعمال مهنة التعليم تناسب طبيعة العصر والمجتمع التي يعيش داخله المتعلمون، وضرورته في استحداث فرص عمل جديدة لخريجي كليات التربية تركز على التوجه المهني للمجتمع وإتقان المهارات التي يتطلبها القرن الحادي والعشرين وريادة الأعمال، والبحث عن آليات إدراجها في المناهج التعليمية، والتركيز على السياسيات والبرامج التي تدعم التعليم الريادي بما يؤثر على تطلعات وسلوكيات المتعلمين بحيث تحفز كل من يعمل داخل الجامعة على تدريب وتعليم مناهج تشجع التعليم الريادي، وتشجيع طلاب كليات التربية على تطوير قدراتهم الإبداعية من أجل فهم التعقيد والتطور السريع الذى يحدث في مهنة التعليم. The research aims to set a set of requirements through which to achieve entrepreneurial education within the colleges of education; In light of the experiences of some countries, through: Identifying intellectual trends, and the reasons behind spreading entrepreneurial education within universities, and highlight some dimensions of entrepreneurial education for students of colleges of education, and highlight some of the challenges facing colleges of education in achieving pioneering education, and identify the necessary procedural mechanisms that help in achieving requirements that can achieve pioneering education within colleges of education, and the research relied on this, which makes the descriptive curriculum is the most appropriate, as it is the curriculum that helps to understand entrepreneurial education within colleges of education, a way that contributes to providing entrepreneurial individuals who are able to work in the various functions of the state, and in a manner inconsistent with modifying the traditional behavior patterns of graduates, and amending some thinking patterns and a system of values and trends to suit their aspirations, and in a way that supports the creation of a generation of creators in the field of the educational profession to suit the nature of the age and society In which learners live, and its necessity in creating new job opportunities for graduates of colleges of education focusing on the professional orientation of society and mastering the skills required by the twenty-first century and entrepreneurship, and search for mechanisms to include them in educational curricula, and focus on policies and programs that support entrepreneurial education in a way that affects the aspirations and behaviors of learners so that it motivates everyone working inside the university to train and teach curricula that encourage entrepreneurial education, and encourage students of faculties of education to develop their creative capabilities in order to understand the complexity and development rapid occurring in the education profession, and search for mechanisms to include them in educational curricula, and focus on policies and programs that support entrepreneurial education in a way that affects the aspirations and behaviors of learners so that it motivates everyone working inside the university to train and teach curricula that encourage entrepreneurial education, and encourage students of faculties of education to develop their creative capabilities in order to understand the complexity and development rapid occurring in the education profession.
