هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح رؤية إدارية تربوية لتعزيز الممارسات القيادية في الجامعات الأردنية استنادًا إلى نظرية القيادة بأخلاق الفرسان، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي التركيبي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مفهوم القيادة وفق نظرية القيادة بأخلاق الفرسان وأسسها، وسمات القائد (الفارس)، وأهمية القيادة وفق هذه النظرية. وفي ضوء ذلك، تم اقتراح رؤية إدارية تربوية لتعزيز الممارسات القيادية في الجامعات الأردنية استنادًا إلى نظرية القيادة بأخلاق الفرسان. The study aimed to propose an educational vision to enhance leadership practices in Jordanian universities based on the theory of leadership with knight’s moral. The study followed the analytical-synthetic approach and concluded with the concept and principles of leadership according to the knight’s moral leadership theory the characteristics of the leader (the knight), and the importance of leadership according to this theory. In light of this, an educational administrative vision was proposed to enhance leadership practices in Jordanian universities based on the knight’s moral leadership theory. (Published abstract)
