هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور إداري تربوي لمديري المدارس في الأردن استنادًا إلى نظرية القيادة بأخلاق الشيوخ، تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي التركيبي، وذلك لملاءمته للدراسة الحالية. استعرضت الباحثة مفهوم القيادة بأخلاق الشيوخ، وسمات الشيخ ومواصفاته في القيادة بأخلاق الشيوخ، وأركان القيادة بأخلاق الشيوخ، في ضوء ذلك تم تقديم التصور الإداري التربوي المقترح للقيادة بأخلاق الشيوخ لدى مديري المدارس في الأردن. This study aimed to propose an educational administrative perception for school principals in Jordan based on the theory of Leadership with the Ethics of Sheikhs. It used the analytical-synthetic methodology, due to its suitability to the current study. The researcher reviewed the concept of leadership according to the morals of the sheikhs. the traits and characteristics of the sheikh in leadership and the pillars of leadership according to the ethics of the sheikhs. in light of this, the study presented a proposed perception for educational leadership according to the theory of Leadership with the ethics of sheikhs among school principals in Jordan.
