هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصوّر إداري تربوي مناسب لتفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية لدى أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية استناداً إلى مبادئ نظرية القيادة بالحب. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي-التركيبي. وأوضحت الدراسة أهم مبادئ نظرية القيادة بالحب التي تركز على دور القائد في تهيئة بيئة إيجابية تعتمد على التعاطف والرعاية والتواصل الفاعل والتقدير الشخصي للآخرين ودعمهم، وبناء علاقات إيجابية قائمة على التعاطف والثقة والتعاون في بيئة العمل الأكاديمي. وفي ضوء ذلك تم اقتراح تصوّر إداري تربوي لتفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية لدى أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية استناداً إلى مبادئ نظرية القيادة بالحب. The study aimed to present an appropriate educational administrative perception to activate human relations among faculty members in Jordanian universities based on the principles of the theory of leadership with love. The descriptive analytical-synthetic methodology was used. The study clarified the most important principles of the theory of leadership with love, which focuses on the role of the leader in creating a positive environment based on sympathy, care, positive communication, personal appreciation and support for others, and building positive relationships based on sympathy, trust and cooperation in the academic work environment. In light of this, an educational vision was proposed to activate human relations among faculty members in Jordanian universities based on the principles of the theory of leadership with love.
