هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح سياسات إدارية تربوية لتعزيز أخلاقيات القيادة في المؤسسات التعليمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي - التركيبي. وتم توضيح مفهوم أخلاقيات القيادة وأهميتها، والسلوك الأخلاقي الذي ينبغي توافره في العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية، وبينت الدراسة السلوك غير الأخلاقي الذي يجب تجنبه لدى العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية. وفي ضوء ذلك، تم اقتراح سياسات إدارية تربوية لتعزيز أخلاقيات القيادة في المؤسسات التعليمية، وأهمها: إختيار القادة التربويين واعداد برامج لتدريبهم في مجال أخلاقيات العمل، وتم التوصل الى توصيات أهمها: العمل على تعزيز مفهوم أخلاقيات القيادة التربوية بجميع الوسائل المتاحة، وإجراء مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال أخلاقيات القيادة. The study aimed to propose educational administrative policies to enhance leadership ethics in educational institutions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical-synthetic methodology was used. The concept of leadership ethics, its importance, the ethical behaviors that should be available in educational institutions and the unethical behaviors that should be avoided among employees in educational institutions were illustrated and explained. In light of this, educational administrative policies were proposed to enhance leadership ethics in educational institutions. The most important of which were: selecting educational leaders and preparing programs to train them in the field of work ethics. Recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: working to enhance the concept of educational leadership ethics by all available means, conducting more studies and research in the field of leadership ethics.
