هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على الأنماط القيادية الشائعة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين وعلاقتها بالفاعلية التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات في مدارسهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (274) معلماً ومعلمة للرياضيات. أظهرت الدراسة أن الأنماط القيادية الشائعة هي على التوالي: النمط الديمقراطي بدرجة مرتفعة، ثم النمط الأوتوقراطي بدرجة متوسطة، فالنمط الترسلي بدرجة منخفضة. وأن درجة الفاعلية التدريسية للمعلمين مرتفعة. وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين نمط القيادة الديمقراطي والفاعلية التدريسية، وعلاقة ارتباطية سلبية ضعيفة بين نمط القيادة الأتوقراطي والفاعلية التدريسية وعلاقة سلبية قوية بين نمط القيادة الترسلي والفاعلية التدريسية. This study aimed to identify the prevalent leadership styles among public school principals in Palestine and their relationship with the teaching effectiveness of mathematics teachers in their schools. The study sample consisted of 274 mathematics teachers. The results revealed that the most common leadership style was the democratic style at a high level, followed by the autocratic style at a moderate level, and finally the laissez-faire style at a low level. The study also indicated that the teachers' teaching effectiveness was high. Furthermore, the findings showed a positive correlation between the democratic leadership style and teaching effectiveness, while there was a weak negative correlation between the autocratic leadership style and teaching effectiveness, and a strong negative correlation was found between the laissez-faire leadership style and teaching effectiveness.
