هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح إطار عمل لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز كفاءة عمليات القبول والتسجيل بالجامعات العربية، بالاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعات الأجنبية الرائدة. وتناولت الدراسة التحديات والفرص المتعلقة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي، واعتمدت منهج البحث التحليلي التركيبي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات المؤسسية والتنمية المستدامة. بناءً على ذلك، اقترحت الباحثة إطار عمل لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عمليات القبول والتسجيل، مع التوصية بوضع استراتيجية وطنية ومعايير موحدة للذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي. This study proposed a framework for employing artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance admission and registration efficiency in Arab universities, by benefiting from leading foreign universities' AI applications. It addressed the challenges and opportunities of AI implementations in higher education using a theoretical analytical-synthetic methodology. The researcher concluded that AI improves institutional service quality and sustainable development. Consequently, a framework for AI applications in admission and registration was proposed, recommending the development of a national AI strategy and unified standards for AI in higher education.
