هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توافر سياسات تربوية فاعلة لتعزيز التعليم الذكي في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التعليم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (361) عضو هيئة تدريس. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر سياسات تربوية فاعلة لتعزيز التعليم الذكي في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في التعليم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.33). وجاء في الرتبة الأوّلى المجال الأول "سياسات ممارسة التعليم الذكي"، ثم المجال الثاني "البيئة التعليمية الذكية"، يليه المجال الثالث " تحديات التعليم الذكي"، وجاء في الرتبة الأخيرة المجال الرابع " التوجهات نحو التحول للتعلم الذكي في الجامعات الفلسطينية"، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) تعزى لمتغيري: التخصص، والرتبة الأكاديمية، في حين وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. The study aimed at identifying the availability degree of effective educational policies to promote smart education in Palestinian universities in light of contemporary trends in education. The study sample consisted of (361). The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of effective educational policies to promote smart education in Palestinian universities in light of contemporary trends in education from the point of view of faculty members was medium, with a mean of (3.33). The first field "Smart education practice policies" came in the first order, then the second field "Smart educational environment", followed by the third field "Smart education challenges", and the fourth field "Trends towards transformation to smart learning in Palestinian universities" came in the last order. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05=α) attributed to the variables: specialization and academic rank, while there were significant difference attributed to the variable of years of experience.
