هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح إجراءات إدارية تربوية لتفعيل دور مديري المدارس المهنية في فلسطين بوصفهم مشرفين تربويين مقيمين في ضوء الواقع والاتجاهات المعاصرة في الإشراف التربوي. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة، التي استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي التطويري، من جميع مديري المدارس الثانوية المهنية الحكومية في فلسطين، وعددهم (19) مديرًا ومديرةً، وجميع المعلمين العاملين معهم وعددهم (357) معلمًا ومعلمةً. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس المهنية في فلسطين لأدوارهم ‏الإشرافية بوصفهم مشرفين تربويين مقيمين كانت مرتفعة. واستنادًا إلى النتائج قام الباحثان ببناء إجراءات إدارية تربوية لتفعيل دور مديري المدارس المهنية في فلسطين بوصفهم مشرفين تربويين مقيمين، وتأكدا من ملاءمتها للبيئة الفلسطينية، وأوصيا وزارة التربية الفلسطينية بتطبيقها. The study aimed to propose educational administrative procedures to activate the role of vocational school principals in Palestine as resident educational supervisors in light of status quo and contemporary trends in educational supervision. The study population, in which the descriptive developmental approach was used, consisted of all (19) public vocational secondary school principals in Palestine, and all (357) teachers working with them. The results of the study showed that the degree to which vocational school principals in Palestine practice their supervisory roles as resident educational supervisors was high. Accordingly, the researchers built educational administrative procedures to activate the role of vocational school principals in Palestine as resident educational supervisors, confirmed their suitability to the Palestinian environment, and recommended that the Palestinian Ministry of Education adopt it.
