هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمّان، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة من (480) معلماً ومعلمة، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (50) فقرة، موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمّان جاءت متوسطة. وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري: الخبرة لصالح فئة " أقل من 5 سنوات"، وفئة "من 5 سنوات إلى أقل من 10 سنوات"، ولمتغير نظام المدرسة لصالح فئة " النظام الوطني". The study aimed to identify the degree of job alienation among private school teachers in the capital, Amman. A descriptive survey methodology was used, and a random stratified sample of (480) male and female teachers was selected. The study tool consisted of (50) items distributed across five domains, and its validity and reliability were verified. The study results indicated that the degree of job alienation among private school teachers in Amman was moderate. The results also showed statistically significant differences attributed to two variables: experience, in favor of "less than 5 years", and "from 5 to less than 10 years”, and the variable of school program, in favor of the national system.
