يعتبر التقويم عنصرا رئيسي في المنهاج الدراسي ويتمفصل مع جميع مكوناته، ونظرا لهذه الأهمية فقد شهد عدة تعديلات تبعا لما تعرفه الساحة التربوية من مستجدات، وذلك بإصدار مجموعة من القرارات والمذكرات الوزارية الخاصة بالتقويم بما فيها المراقبة المستمرة والامتحانات المحلية والإقليمية والجهوية والوطنية، وبما أن المقال لا يسمح بمساءلة فحواها ومدى احترام الممارسين في الميدان لمنطوقها، فقد ارتأينا حصر الموضوع في درجة توظيف الامتحانات الجهوية للسنة الثالثة الإعدادي لوسائل التعبير الجغرافي في مادة الجغرافيا لدورة يونيو 2023، بالاستناد إلى المرجعية الديداكتيكية (نموذج زكور)، والمرجعية البيداغوجية المتمثلة في المقاربة بالكفايات، مما جعلنا نتساءل في هذا المقال عن مدى احترام الممارسة الفعلية بالأكاديميات الجهوية لما تدعو إليه التوجيهات الرسمية عند بناء مواضيع الامتحانات الجهوية في مادة الجغرافيا بالسنة الثالثة إعدادي، وعن درجة انسجام وتطابق مواضيع الامتحانات الجهوية بين الأكاديميات الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لدورة يونيو 2023، فأعددنا شبكات لتحليل مضمون الإطار المرجعي والمذكرات التقويمية الخاصة بهذا المستوى، ولتحليل مضمون بنود مواضيع الامتحانات الجهوية، وذلك تبعا للوضعيات الاختبارية الثلاث، فخلصنا إلى أن الأكاديميات الجهوية لم تعتمد الوضعيات المشكلة في مواضيع الامتحان الجهوي الموحد، وركزت على التعبير اللفظي بشكل كبير، مقابل غياب تام للتعبيرين الرمزي والعددي في معظم الأكاديميات باستثناء أكاديمية طنجة- تطوان- الحسيمة.
