هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الفاعلة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الاخضر وعلاقتها بالتنمية المهنية للمعلمين، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، تمّ تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (400) من المديرين والمعلمين اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنّ درجة ممارسة القيادة الفاعلة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الاخضر جاءت بدرجة كبيرة؛ وكشفت النتائج أنّ مستوى التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر جاءت كبيرة، وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية معتدلة دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الفاعلة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر ومستوى التنمية المهنية للمعلمين. The study aimed to identify the degree of effective leadership practice among secondary school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to the professional development of teachers. The study adopted the descriptive correlational methodology, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of (400) principals and teachers who were selected using a simple random method. The findings of the study revealed that the degree of practicing effective leadership among secondary school principals within the Green Line was high, and there was a positive, moderate, statistically significant correlation between the degree of practicing effective leadership among secondary school principals within the green line and the level of professional development for teachers.
