هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإبداعية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في الأردن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات فيها، وبيان علاقتها بمتغيرات: المسمى الوظيفي، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، وتكونت من (248) مديرة، و(935) معلمة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ان درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الاطفال في الاردن للادارة الابداعية من وجهة نظر المديرات مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابي (4.31)، وانحراف معياري (49.)، في حين كانت درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الاطفال في الاردن للادارة الابداعية من وجهة نظر المعلمات متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.48)، وانحراف معياري (93.). كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05=α) تعزى لأثر المسمى الوظيفي، لصالح المديرة، والى عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، أو الخبرة. The study aimed at identifying the practicing degree of creative management among kindergarten principals in Jordan from the point of view of the principals and teachers, and to show its relationship to three variables: Job title, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study sample was chosen randomly. It consisted of (248) principals and (935) teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing creative management by kindergarten principals in Jordan from the principals’ point of view is high, with a mean of (4.31), and a standard deviation (.49), while the degree of practicing creative management by kindergarten principals from the teachers’ point of view was medium, with a mean of (3.48), and a standard deviation of (.93). The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the job title, in favor of the principals, and that there were no significant differences due to the educational qualification or experience variable.
