هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر لإدارة المعرفة، والتعرف إلى الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). استخدم المنهج الوصفيّ المسحيّ، وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (41) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، إذ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (336) مديرًا ومعلمًا. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المديرين لإدارة المعرفة جاءت مرتفعة، وكما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة) لصالح الفئة "أقل من 5 سنوات". The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing knowledge management by secondary school principals within the Green line and to identify the differences in the responses of the study sample according to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience). The descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (41) items distributed over four dimensions was developed, as it was applied to a random sample consisting of (336) principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing knowledge management by secondary school principals was high, an absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, and academic qualification), and the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable (years of experience) in favor of the category "less than 5 years".
