هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى دور مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر في تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية ومستوى التميز المدرسي في تلك المدارس، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية والتميز المؤسسي. استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانات أدوات لجمع البيانات، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة المتيسرة من (200) معلم ومعلمة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دور مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر في تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية جاء مرتفعاً، وأن مستوى التميز المدرسي في المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر جاء مرتفعاً، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية والتميز المؤسسي. The study aimed to identify the level of the role of secondary school principals within the Green Line in applying the concept of the community school and the level of school excellence in those schools, and to reveal the correlation between the application of the concept of the community school and institutional excellence. The descriptive correlational methodology was used, the questionnaires were used for data collection after ensuring their validity and reliability, and the study available sample consisted of (200) teachers. The results showed that the level of the role of secondary school principals within the Green Line in applying the concept of the community school was high and the level of school excellence in secondary schools within the Green Line was high. The results also showed an existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the application of the concept of the community school and institutional excellence.
