هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتهاـ، إذ جرى تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (401) مديرًا ومعلمًا. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر كانت متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، والخبرة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المديرين. The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing organizational justice among elementary school principals in the northern region within the Green Line in light of the gender, experience, and job title variables. The descriptive survey methodology, and the questionnaire was used for data collection after ensuring its validity and reliability, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (401) principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing organizational justice among elementary school principals in the northern region within the green line was medium, the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and experience, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the job title variable in favor of the principals.
