هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر للشفافية الإدارية في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، إذ تضمنت خمسة مجالات: التشريعات، والعلاقات والاتصال، والمعلومات، وتقييم الأداء، اتخاذ القرار)، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (405) مديرين ومعلمين بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر للشفافية الإدارية جاءت مرتفعة في جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، والخبرة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المديرين. The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing administrative transparency by secondary school principals in the north region within the Green Line in light of the variables of gender, experience, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used. A questionnaire was used for data collection, as it included five dimensions: (transparency of legislation, relations and communication, information, performance evaluation, and decision-making), and it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (405) principals and teachers after ensuring its validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of practicing administrative transparency by secondary school principals in the North region within the Green Line was high in all dimensions, an absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and experience, and an existence of statistically significant differences due to the job title variable in favor of the principals.
