هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر مهارات القيادة الرقميّة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والتعرف إلى الفروق ذات الدلالة الاخصائية في وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة). استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، إذ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (320) معلماً. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر لمهارات القيادة الرقميّة كانت مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. The study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of elementary schools at Haifa District within the Green Line practice digital leadership skills from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the differences in the viewpoints of the study sample due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and experience). The descriptive survey methodology was used, and the questionnaire was used to collect data, after ensuring its validity and reliability as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (320) teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing digital leadership skills by elementary school principals at Haifa District within the Green Line was high, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample subjects due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and experience.
