هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي والهناء المهني لدى المرشدين التربويين في الاردن، والكشف عن المقدرة التنبؤية لابعاد الذكاء الإنفعالي بالهناء المهني. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ‏التنبؤي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي والهناء المهني، وجرى إيجاد مؤشرات ‏صدقهما وثباتهما. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (384) مرشدًا ومرشدة في المدارس الأردنية تم اختيارهم ‏بالطريقة المتيسرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي لدى المرشدين والمرشدات كان مرتفعا ‏، بينما كان مستوى الهناء المهني لدى أفراد العينة متوسطًا، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن جميع أبعاد الذكاء ‏الانفعالي فسرت مجتمعة ما نسبته، (62.3%) من التباين المفسر في مستوى الهناء، وأن بعد الإتصال الاجتماعي ‏لوحده فسر ما نسبته (45.5%). The study aimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence and professional happiness among educational counselors in Jordan, and to reveal the predictive ability of the dimensions of emotional intelligence with professional happiness. The study used the predictive descriptive approach, to achieve the objectives of the study, a measure of emotional intelligence and professional happiness was developed, and indicators of their validity and reliability were found. The study sample consisted of (384) male and female counselors in Jordanian schools, who were selected using the available method. The results of the study showed that the level of emotional intelligence among male and female counselors was high, while the level of professional happiness among the sample was average. The results also ‎indicated that all dimensions of emotional intelligence collectively explained a percentage of (62.3%), of the variance explaining occupational well-bing, and that the social contact ‎dimension alone explained a percentage of (45.5%).
