تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية توظيف الواقع الافتراضي في اكتساب المهارات الأساسية في التمريض لدى طلبة كلية التمريض في جامعة الزيتونة. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من شعبتين عدد طلبتهما (41) تم اختيارهما بطريقة عشوائية: الشعبةُ الأولى المجموعةُ التجريبية وتكونت من (21) طالبًا دُرّس بتوظيف تقنية الواقع الافتراضي، والشعبة الثانية المجموعة الضابطة وتكونت من (20) طالبًا دُرّس بالطريقة الاعتيادية. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة بتطبيق مقياس يدعى قائمة شطب لقياس اكتساب المهارات الأساسية في التمريض، وتم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية في مقياس اكتساب المهارات الأساسية في التمريض يعزى إلى طريقة التدريس لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بتوظيف تقنية الواقع الافتراضي. The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of employing virtual reality in acquiring basic skills in nursing among students of the faculty of nursing at Al-Zaytoonah University. The study followed the semi-experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (41) students divided into two groups that were chosen randomly (experimental group, consisted of (21) students who were taught using virtual reality technology; the control group, consisted of (20) students taught face to face). A checklist used to measure the acquisition of basic skills in nursing, the validity and reliability of the study of the checklist was confirmed. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant effect on the measure of acquiring basic skills in nursing due to the teaching method in favor of the experimental group that was taught by employing virtual reality technology, the study recommended to apply virtual reality in teaching basic skills in nursing.
