هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من الكفاءة الذاتية والتطوير المهني التكنولوجي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الأردنية، والكشف عن العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية والتطوير المهني التكنولوجي، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (527) طالباً وطالبة؛ (191 ذكور، 336 اناث) من طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الأردنية المسجلين في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي (2022-2023)، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المتيسرة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحثان؛ مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية ومقياس التطوير المهني التكنولوجي، وتم التحقق من دلالات صدقههما وثباتهما. أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود مستوى مرتفع لدى أفراد العينة في كل من الكفاءة الذاتية والتطوير المهني التكنولوجي، وإلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الذاتية والتطوير المهني التكنولوجي. The purpose of this study is to reveal the level of both self-efficacy and technological professional development among graduate students at the University of Jordan, and to check the relationship between self-efficacy and technological professional development. The study followed the descriptive correlational methodology. The study sample consisted of (527) male and female graduate; (191 males, 336 females) students at the University of Jordan enrolled in the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023), and they were randomly chosen. To achieve the purpose of the study two scales were developed by the researchers (The self-efficacy scale and the technological professional development scale), the validity and the reliability of the scales were verified. The results of the study indicated that the level of self-efficacy and technological professional development among students where “High Level”, and there was a direct statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy, and technological professional development.
