هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة فاعلية الاتصال الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وقام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة لقياس درجة فاعلية الاتصال الإداري، ثم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) فرد من المديرين والمعلمين، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الاتصال الإداري ككل جاءت (متوسطة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة فاعلية الاتصال الإداري تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، ونوع المدرسة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة فاعلية الاتصال الإداري تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح (مدير). وأوصت الدراسة توفير ورصد ميزانية كافية من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر لدعم المدارس الثانوية بمراحلها كافة. The study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication among secondary school principals within The Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers, and The study adopted the descriptive Correlational Methodology, the two researchers developed a questionnaire to measure the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication, then make sure of its validity and reliability, and formed a sample The study consisted of (400) principals and teachers, who were chosen by Using Simple random Method, and showed results The study showed that the degree of administrative communication as a whole was (moderate). The results revealed no Statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication due to the variables (years of experience and academic qualification). and school type), and there were statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication attributed to the job title variable and in favor of (principals). The study recommended that further studies be conducted regarding Administrative communication and linking it to other variables such as difficulties and solutions. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education and Training within the Green Line provide and all administrative budget to support secondary schools at all levels.‏ (Published abstract)
